Introduction

The shift toward electronic government has increased internet use among individuals as well as across public- and private-sector infrastructure. As technology and the internet have become integral parts of our lives, personal and government data have grown increasingly vulnerable to cyber threats. These threats may seek financial gain through personal extortion or may be intended to undermine international security. Understanding how to use the internet safely and avoid becoming a victim is therefore essential. Protecting our personal data is crucial to preventing it from falling into the wrong hands.

Asst. Lecturer Hajar Najah Abdulsahib

An assistant lecturer at the College of Dentistry, Ibn Sina University. She earned a master’s degree in Software Programming from the University of Technology, Iraq, in 2018 and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Programming, from the same university in 2012.

Her research interests include pattern recognition, digital image processing, database systems, medical information analysis, and biometric recognition systems. She is a member of the Educational Guidance Committee and the Examination Committee at the College of Dentistry.

She delivers university courses in e-learning, works on programming systems at the Electronic Computer Center at Ibn Sina University, and conducts interactive e-learning workshops using tools such as Edpuzzle. She also holds a Training of Trainers (TOT) certificate from the American company IREX.
