Instructor
Dr. Eng. Khaled Mohamed Ali Mohamed El-Khatib is an international expert and lecturer in project management and civil engineering. He currently serves as Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Jazan Municipality in Saudi Arabia, where he leads strategic portfolios and major development projects. He holds a Postdoctoral qualification from Lawrence Technological University in the United States, a PhD in Construction Project Management, and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University. He is also classified as a Senior Expert Engineer, an engineering consultant, and an accredited engineering arbitrator with the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Ministry of Justice. In addition, he holds a patent and has extensive experience in planning, governance, and project management across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates. His professional credentials include PfMP®, PgMP®, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-PBA®, PMI-SP®, PMI-CP®, and P3O®, in addition to being an internationally certified PMI instructor. He has trained and qualified thousands of engineers and professionals through an interactive, practice-oriented approach that combines academic knowledge with real-world experience, with particular emphasis on portfolio and program management, governance, agile and hybrid methodologies, PMOs, and preparation for international project management certifications.
