Consultant and Professor of Construction Management, Department of Civil Engineering.
Dr. El-Khatib serves as a Project Management Consultant at the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, and as an International Arbitration Expert and Senior Expert at the Ministry of Justice. He is also a certified Environmental Consultant accredited by the Egyptian Ministry of Environment.
He holds several prestigious international professional memberships and fellowships, including membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), SAVE International - The Value Society, and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACE International), USA.
