Steps and conditions for publishing and submitting paper and its specifications
  • The researcher coordinates the paper according to the publication conditions mentioned below.
  • The researcher sends the formatted paper in the form of a Microsoft Word file - .doc - .docx. Via the following email exclusively (Publisher@eventsgate.org)
  • The paper must be written in a sound language, taking care of the peculiarities of control, drawing and shapes attached to it.
  • The paper should be original and of importance in the field of specialization.
  • The paper should be no less than fifteen pages, and not more than thirty pages, except for the title page.
  • The paper should not be submitted or published in another journal, and the researcher writes a pledge to do so.
  • The paper should be written in clear and straight language, consistent with phrases and ideas, with scientific appropriateness and compatibility between the title, demands, topics, results and sources of paper.
  • The journal does not allow paper to be withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication in any way, for whatever reasons
  • The journal sends a notice to the researcher of receipt of the paper for a period not exceeding three days as a maximum, and the evaluation process is within fifteen days from the date of receiving the paper by the arbitrators. After that, the researcher gets a publication acceptance letter that includes the date of publishing the paper in the journal.
  • Upon acceptance of the paper, the researcher pays the arbitration and publication fees, which are 200 US dollars (shown in the postal correspondence).
  • The paper is judged by two or three arbitrators.
  • The researcher makes the required modifications and sends the modified paper to the same email mentioned above.
  • The researcher is granted a final publication acceptance letter after making the amendments and authorizing the paper for publication by the arbitrators and the editorial board.
  • When the paper is accepted for publication, the researcher signs the transfer of ownership rights to the paper to the management of the institution
  • The editorial board has the right to make any modifications in terms of letter type, writing style, and grammatical syntax in line with our approved magazine model.


For authors

The author follows the following steps in preparing his paper
  • On the first page, the author writes the following: the title of the paper, the name of the researcher(s), the researcher’s workplace, and the e-mail.
  • On the second page, the researcher writes the following: the summary in Arabic, then the keywords, the summary in English, then the keywords.
  • The paper is written with spaces (one and a half) between the lines, if it is not less than fifteen pages, and not more than thirty pages, except for the title page.
  • Fonts: If the paper is in Arabic, it must be presented in a font: Simplified Arabic, font size 16 bold for the main title, 14 in bold for sub-headings, 14 normal for the rest of the text and pagination, 12 normal for tables and figures and 14 normal for the summary. If in English: Times New Roman, font size 16 bold for the main title, 14 bold for sub-headings, 14 normal for the rest of the text and pagination, 12 normal for tables and illustrations, 14 normal for the summary.
  • The paper summary is a summary in Arabic and another in English as mentioned above, provided that the words of the summary do not exceed 150 words, and write after the summary the key words KEYWORDS, if it does not exceed 5 words, noting that the summary includes its four pillars: the problem, the objectives, the approach, and the results.
